That’s why we’ve created a clear and compassionate return policy to support you in any unexpected situation.

If you find that things aren’t working out with your puppy, please don’t worry—you’re not alone, and we’re here to help. If you decide to return your puppy within 5 days of purchase and the reason is not due to a health issue verified by a veterinarian, we will accept the puppy back and issue a 75% refund of the purchase price.

🩺 Health-Related Returns

If your return is backed by a licensed veterinary statement citing a health concern, we will offer a 100% refund of the purchase price once the puppy is safely returned to us.

🛑 Conditions for a Return

To qualify for a refund:

The puppy must be returned in good health and proper condition.
You must notify us within the 5-day return window.
The puppy must not have been rehomed, injured, or mistreated.
Transportation or return delivery costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

🔁 No Resale or Rehoming

We do not permit any resale, shelter surrender, or private rehoming of our puppies. If you can no longer care for your puppy, you must contact us directly—we will gladly accept the puppy back to ensure it is safely and ethically rehomed.
